NPM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,640 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCAR2, NMI, and NRBF2. Each is linked with NPM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM2-to-partner and partner-to-NPM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPM2 versus CCAR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
