Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,124 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPD52L2, ADGRD1, and FHL5. Each is linked with NPM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM2-to-partner and partner-to-NPM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPM2 versus TPD52L2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
