NPM1P8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM1P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,845 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM1P8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DMD, SORBS1, and SORBS1_S259. Each is linked with NPM1P8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1P8-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1P8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPM1P8 versus DMD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM1P8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM1P8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
