The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher NPM1P42 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPM1P42 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, LUAD, and UCS are the cancer types where NPM1P42 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
