NPM1P30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM1P30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,905 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM1P30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEBL, NEBL_S953, and WNK1_S1959. Each is linked with NPM1P30 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1P30-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1P30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM1P30→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM1P30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
