Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM1P30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,499 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM1P30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Obsolete ncRNA transcription, and Mitochondrial transport. Each is linked with NPM1P30 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1P30-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1P30 results are reported.
