The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NPIPB9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPIPB9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where NPIPB9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
