Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPIPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPIPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUS1P4, MRPL32P1, and RN7SKP181. Each is linked with NPIPA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPIPA2-to-partner and partner-to-NPIPA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUS1P4 grouped by NPIPA2-low versus NPIPA2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPIPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPIPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
