Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPIPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,039 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPIPA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intermembrane lipid transfer, Anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Cilium movement. Each is linked with NPIPA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPIPA2-to-partner and partner-to-NPIPA2 results are reported.
