NPHS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPHS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,279 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPHS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are B4GALT1, PBRM1_S1453, and RPL15. Each is linked with NPHS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHS1-to-partner and partner-to-NPHS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPHS1 versus B4GALT1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPHS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPHS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
