The most reproducible NPHS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagy of mitochondrion, Regulation of macroautophagy, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with NPHS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHS1-to-partner and partner-to-NPHS1 results are reported.
