NPHP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPHP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,021 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPHP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LZTFL1, DYNC2H1, and BBS2. Each is linked with NPHP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHP1-to-partner and partner-to-NPHP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPHP1 versus LZTFL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPHP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPHP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
