Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPHP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,523 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPHP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB36, DYDC2, and MDH1B. Each is linked with NPHP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHP1-to-partner and partner-to-NPHP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPHP1 versus RAB36 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPHP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPHP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
