NPHP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPHP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,391 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPHP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-782P, LINC01543, and BICD2. Each is linked with NPHP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHP1-to-partner and partner-to-NPHP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-782P grouped by NPHP1-low versus NPHP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPHP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPHP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
