Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPHP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,842 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPHP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to ciliary transition zone, Protein localization to cilium, and Protein localization to non-motile cilium. Each is linked with NPHP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHP1-to-partner and partner-to-NPHP1 results are reported.
