Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPHP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 639 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPHP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLCO1C1, DBX2, and DNASE2B. Each is linked with NPHP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHP1-to-partner and partner-to-NPHP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLCO1C1 grouped by NPHP1-low versus NPHP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPHP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPHP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
