NPFFR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPFFR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPFFR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAP1, PAGE3, and CLEC6A. Each is linked with NPFFR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPFFR2-to-partner and partner-to-NPFFR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPAP1 grouped by NPFFR2-low versus NPFFR2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPFFR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPFFR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
