NPDC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,611 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS3, SARM1, and EIF4G1. Each is linked with NPDC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPDC1-to-partner and partner-to-NPDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPDC1 versus SORBS3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
