NPDC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,956 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAD, AAAS, and CRACDL. Each is linked with NPDC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPDC1-to-partner and partner-to-NPDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPDC1 versus CAD in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
