NPBWR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPBWR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPBWR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCANP1, APOBEC1, and CRISP2. Each is linked with NPBWR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPBWR2-to-partner and partner-to-NPBWR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCANP1 grouped by NPBWR2-low versus NPBWR2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPBWR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPBWR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
