Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPB mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,120 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESCO2, CABP4, and SLC6A8. Each is linked with NPB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPB-to-partner and partner-to-NPB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
