Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,798 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are JDP2, IGLV3-10, and RDH11. Each is linked with NPAT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAT-to-partner and partner-to-NPAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JDP2 grouped by NPAT-low versus NPAT-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
