NPAS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPAS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,522 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Trophectodermal cell differentiation, Positive regulation of actin filament bundle assembly, and Error-free translesion synthesis. Each is linked with NPAS4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS4-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Trophectodermal cell differentiation grouped by NPAS4-low versus NPAS4-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
