NPAS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,668 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCCC1, HMG20A, and FOXK1. Each is linked with NPAS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS1-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPAS1 versus MCCC1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
