Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAP1P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,583 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPAP1P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tetrapyrrole metabolic process, Vacuolar acidification, and Obsolete regulation of histone acetylation. Each is linked with NPAP1P7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAP1P7-to-partner and partner-to-NPAP1P7 results are reported.
