NOX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5B12, OR8B8, and TINAG. Each is linked with NOX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOX4-to-partner and partner-to-NOX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5B12 grouped by NOX4-low versus NOX4-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
