NOX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,789 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAPTM4BP2, KCNK5, and ATAD3A. Each is linked with NOX3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOX3-to-partner and partner-to-NOX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LAPTM4BP2 grouped by NOX3-low versus NOX3-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
