NOX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOX3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Tuberin_pT1462, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with NOX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOX3-to-partner and partner-to-NOX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by NOX3-low versus NOX3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
