NOX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,036 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS2, PDIA3, and ZNF703. Each is linked with NOX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOX1-to-partner and partner-to-NOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOX1 versus CTPS2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.20.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
