NOX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,594 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF2, ATP10B_S617, and ATP1A1_S16. Each is linked with NOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOX1-to-partner and partner-to-NOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOX1 versus ARHGEF2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
