NOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERCC1, ERK2, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with NOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOX1-to-partner and partner-to-NOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERCC1 grouped by NOX1-low versus NOX1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
