Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,657 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Radial glial cell differentiation, Cellular response to fatty acid, and Substantia nigra development. Each is linked with NOX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOX1-to-partner and partner-to-NOX1 results are reported.
