NOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BHLHE23, SOX14, and FABP12. Each is linked with NOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOX1-to-partner and partner-to-NOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BHLHE23 grouped by NOX1-low versus NOX1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
