NOVA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOVA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,798 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOVA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOVA1_S154, AGO1, and DCLK1. Each is linked with NOVA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOVA1-to-partner and partner-to-NOVA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOVA1 versus NOVA1_S154 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOVA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOVA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
