Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOVA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOVA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, Cyclin-E2, and PCNA. Each is linked with NOVA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOVA1-to-partner and partner-to-NOVA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAI-1 grouped by NOVA1-low versus NOVA1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOVA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOVA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
