Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOVA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,245 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOVA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Spliceosomal complex assembly, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with NOVA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOVA1-to-partner and partner-to-NOVA1 results are reported.
