NOTCH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOTCH4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,235 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1RL2, SLX4, and PLXNB1. Each is linked with NOTCH4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH4-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
