NOTCH3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,761 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCAN_S2116, DENND2D, and SULF1. Each is linked with NOTCH3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH3-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOTCH3 versus VCAN_S2116 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
