Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,968 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are POSTN, LUM, and SYDE1. Each is linked with NOTCH3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH3-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH3 results are reported.
