NOTCH3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,887 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LOXL2, PCOLCE, and SPARC. Each is linked with NOTCH3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH3-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOTCH3 versus LOXL2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
