NOTCH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,872 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, CIRBP-AS1, and CNOT6. Each is linked with NOTCH3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH3-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1 grouped by NOTCH3-low versus NOTCH3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
