Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOTCH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,520 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA catabolic process, Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with NOTCH3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH3-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH3 results are reported.
