NOTCH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOTCH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,549 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LTA, GALNT9, and HSPH1. Each is linked with NOTCH3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH3-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LTA grouped by NOTCH3-low versus NOTCH3-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
