NOSTRIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOSTRIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,301 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOSTRIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTAN1, SPTBN1, and ERG_S81. Each is linked with NOSTRIN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOSTRIN-to-partner and partner-to-NOSTRIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOSTRIN versus SPTAN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOSTRIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOSTRIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
