Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOSTRIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,818 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOSTRIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair, Recombinational repair, and Double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with NOSTRIN in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOSTRIN-to-partner and partner-to-NOSTRIN results are reported.
