NOSIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOSIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 518 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOSIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, IGLVI-38, and LINC02342. Each is linked with NOSIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOSIP-to-partner and partner-to-NOSIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-58P grouped by NOSIP-low versus NOSIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOSIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOSIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
