NOS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,424 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOS3_S114, NOS3_S633, and RASIP1. Each is linked with NOS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS3-to-partner and partner-to-NOS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOS3 versus NOS3_S114 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
