NOS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,231 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMLHE, ADGRL4, and RIPOR2. Each is linked with NOS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS3-to-partner and partner-to-NOS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOS3 versus TMLHE in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
