NOS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,356 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGK1, HSPA4L, and RNF145. Each is linked with NOS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS3-to-partner and partner-to-NOS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGK1 grouped by NOS3-low versus NOS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
