Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,782 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to cobalt ion, Mitochondrial potassium ion transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of matrix metallopeptidase secretion. Each is linked with NOS3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS3-to-partner and partner-to-NOS3 results are reported.
